He advises owners on maximizing asset value through precise underwriting and a comprehensive understanding of cap rates, buyer demand, and capital market trends. His ability to interpret shifting market conditions allows clients to make informed decisions aligned with both immediate goals and long-term wealth creation. Pat has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile multifamily transactions in Orange County, including bulk condominium sales, distressed asset resolutions, and complex repositioning initiatives. That experience reshaped his perspective and strengthened his commitment to live and lead with purpose. Pat and his wife, Alexis, have four children—Ty, Micah, Shayne, and Ryanne.
